If the product you received is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds
Since all orders are Cash on Delivery, once a return is verified, the refund is processed either as a replacement product or a bank transfer.
Conditions
The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Returns do not apply to personal use/hygiene items.
